BUNGALOW
Amsterdam based Alternative/R&B duo BUNGALOW are preparing to showcase their multi-faceted brand of synth-heavy electronic music to a wider audience as they gear up for the release of single Loving It, out on 6th July 2018.Combining R&B-infused grooves with a silky smooth chillwave production, Loving It sees BUNGALOW create a sumptuous, almost dreamlike sound; a perfect soundtrack to those long summer nights. With an ability to incorporate poignant, personal, thoughtful lyrical content with lush retro-style synths, BUNGALOW display the rare qualities of a band who are willing to experiment with soundscapes, not bound or defined by any one genre.
Consisting of multi-instrumentalists Thomas Harmsen and Camille van de Pavert, BUNGALOW began writing songs as a duo at an underground hip-hop recording studio along the canals of Amsterdam. This basement studio was made from unfinished wood which made it look like a house in the forest. Inspired by their surroundings, BUNGALOW was officially born. Since their inception, BUNGALOW have played venues such as Paradiso, Tivoli and supported acts like Public Service Broadcast, as well as picking up an impressive list of press support including Noisey, HillyDilly, The Burning Ear, 3voor12 and Indietronica.
Loving It is due for release on 6th July 2018.
