Melting is bursting with catchy melodies, upbeat rhythms and exuberant lyrics condensed into one joyous and uplifting pop single. This release follows on from the band’s previous single Breaking Or Broken, which was recorded by veteran Scottish producer Bruce Rintoul (Twin Atlantic, Fatherson). This time, however, the band decided to take a trip to the famous Motor Museum Studios in Liverpool to record with producer Al Groves (Cast, Bring Me The Horizon).

Moonlight Zoo formed in late 2014 and have wasted no time in spreading their infectious indie pop to the masses. Since their inception, the band have cut their teeth busking around the streets of Europe, followed by headline shows throughout Scotland. They made their live television debut on The Riverside Show on STV and were subsequently booked to headline Glasgow’s King Tuts Wah Wah Hut.

Amongst Moonlight Zoo’s supporters are Radio X, who featured their previous single Breaking Or Broken as their ‘Track of the Week’ and Jim Gellatly who featured the band in The Scottish Sun, which then led to their debut appearance at the Isle Of Wight Festival.

Moonlight Zoo’s single Melting is out now via Spinnup and available to buy on iTunes and stream on Spotify.
