A Genuine Freakshow take Reading & Leeds Festival by storm!

While all of us at ABoF towers were relaxing during the bank holiday weekend, A Genuine Freakshow were tearing it up at the Reading and Leeds Festival on the BBC Introducing Stage.

They played to a packed out festival crowd, and even caught the attention of the The Guardian newspaper due to the band's cutting edge promotion of their brand new HTML5 App for smarthphones.

If you can't see the video for the band's festival performance, check it out on BBC Introducing's YouTube page.

The bank holiday festival weekend may be over, but that's not to say A Genuine Freakshow will be resting on their laurels: They've a host of festival dates on the horizon before they release their latest single Our Bodies / New Houses on September 26th, then they'll be setting off on their headline tour at the Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms, stopping at London's 229 and ending with a homecoming show at South Street Arts Centre in Reading.
