Chris Leo’s Vague Angels Album Review on Drowned in Sound!

Legend of underground indie rock, Chris Leo, is back and this week releases an album under his latest incarnation Chris Leo's Vague Angels.

The album is called The Sunny Day I Caught Tintarella di Luna for a Picnic at the Cemetery. It blends all the best bits of some of his previous bands, The Lapse and The Van Pelt and is available via Expect Candy Records.

Drowned in Sound are the latest to review the album giving it a very admirable 7/10.

"...this New York-based hardcore kid-turned-novelist (his bibliography is nearly as long as his discography) still has that elusive elixir, the punk spirit. - Drowned in Sound
