KVASIR reveals new single ‘French Girls’!

For fans of... Digitalism, Justice, Basement Jaxx, Giorgio Moroder

“...a heady, warped piece of euphoric techno-pop…” - The Line of Best Fit

"...multi-layered colour." - Clash Magazine

"...immersive dance music..." - The Skinny

On the back of his successful self-titled debut EP release in 2016, KVASIR returns with a brand new single, French Girls, out on 29th September 2017 (impact date 13th September 2017) via AWAL.

French Girls is another atmospheric French House inspired track straddling the line between retro dance music made famous by the likes of Giorgio Moroder and the contemporary sounds of Digitalism and Justice. You can stream and embed French Girls on the KVASIR Soundcloud page.

Having been named one of the top 25 Scottish acts to watch in 2017 by BBC Radio’s Vic Galloway, KVASIR further enhances his burgeoning reputation on the Scottish music scene through the release of another stunning track. Eminently danceable due to it’s funk-driven baseline and guitar segments, French Girls pulls you in through its memorable chorus and hooks; a sound The Line of Best Fit describes as “…euphoric techno-pop…”.

Despite the clandestine nature of the project, and not knowing who is behind the mask, KVASIR’s debut EP gained a well of impressive support from the likes of the aforementioned The Line of Best Fit, Clash Magazine, The Skinny, BBC Radio Scotland and Amazing Radio. With the sun setting on another summer, KVASIR is aiming to extend the heady summer nights through his exhilarating dance music as he gears up to release three singles over the course of the next three months.

French Girls by KVASIR is out on 29th September 2017 via AWAL.
