IndianRedLopez on Artrocker!



IndianRedLopez released their debut album this month, Empty Your Lungs and Breath, and it's obviously made an impression on our friends at Artrocker. They've given the band the honour of making them the focus of their regular feature Shock Of The New.

As well as giving a very welcome comparsion to Two Door Cinema Club, the band are described as "the perfect bait to get music fans out to the clubs this Autumn." The full article is available to read on the Artrocker website now. You can also download a free track from the album - "K.Y.S".

A Genuine Freakshow’s Reading Diary featured on This Is Fake DIY.



It's no secret that A Genuine Freakshow spent their August bank holiday weekend playing to packed out festival crowds at the Reading and Leeds festivals, and we're very happy to announce that This Is Fake DIY have featured the band's Festival diary from their Reading performance. It provides a great insight into the excitement experienced by a band playing a major festival in their hometown, as well as the trials and tribulations of playing a massive stage without a soundcheck.

Before they release their latest single Our Bodies / New Houses on September 26th, they've got a host of festival dates to play, and then they'll be setting off on their headline tour at the Portsmouth Wedgewood Rooms, stopping at London's 229 and ending with a homecoming show at South Street Arts Centre in Reading.

The band are also giving away a four track sampler, taken from their album, Oftentimes. You can download it by visiting their official site and submitting your details.

Keith Top of the Pops: Good Vibes Online!



Keith Top Of The Pops & His Minor UK Indie Celebrity All-Star Backing Band have caused quite a fair bit of online curiosity with many websites featuring the free MP3 -I Hate Your Band from the forthcoming album Fuck You! I'm Keith Top of the Pops, which is out September 26th. This is just the start too, as magazines such as Artrocker and Vive Le Rock have confirmed reviews in upcoming issues as well.

Blogs such as Mad Mackerel, Echoes and Dust and Snob's Music have featured the band, including a link to the aforementioned MP3. Music website AAA Music have also done a big feature on the forthcoming album.

Sweet Baboo featured on AAA Music.



It's only been a matter of hours since we announced that we'd be working with Sweet Baboo to promote his latest EP, Girl Under A Tree, and we've already had a news story roll in through the metaphysical internet door.

A Genuine Freakshow take Reading & Leeds Festival by storm!



While all of us at ABoF towers were relaxing during the bank holiday weekend, A Genuine Freakshow were tearing it up at the Reading and Leeds Festival on the BBC Introducing Stage.

They played to a packed out festival crowd, and even caught the attention of the The Guardian newspaper due to the band's cutting edge promotion of their brand new HTML5 App for smarthphones.
