IndianRedLopez release debut album - Empty Your Lungs and Breathe!
The sunshine's back in town, and just in time for us to announce that IndianRedLopez' debut album, Empty Your Lungs And Breathe, was released yesterday!
Empty Your Lungs and Breathe easily draws comparisons to the fine work of contemporaries like Minus The Bear and The Appleseed Cast. Tracks like “My Eyes” exhibit the band’s varied creative abilities – from 90s style dance beats to snappy, hypnotic, alternative rock tunes. They easily merge exciting melodies, angular riffs and electronic beats, apparent on tracks like “K.Y.S” and “Ropes”. This is a debut full of promise, illustrating a keen sense of songwriting and musicianship, engaging the listener from start to finish.

Beard Rock feature Pad & Pen Records!
Pad & Pen Records have just picked up a feature courtesy of Beard Rock, who are sharing the label's impressive complilation sampler with all of their readers. If you've yet to hear it, head over there now.
The label have put out some brilliant releases in Denmark from bands like Talons and Mimas to name but a few, and are gearing up to unleash The Shaking Sensations new album, East Of Youth, in September. With a flurry of releases scheduled for just after the summer, 2011 is set to be the year they make their mark on the UK.
The Shaking Sensations fortchcoming album, East of Youth, is out on September 12th 2011 on Pad & Pen Records.

Hot on the heels of Kavus' interview with The Quietus, Knifeworld's latest EP, Dear Lord, No Deal has picked up another great review.
Rock Sound Magazine have included the EP in their latest issue, comparing the three track release to Genesis, circa Peter Gabriel, and Syd Barret. That's quite an impressive bit of praise, and I'm sure the band will be very happy when they get their hands on this month's issue.

Esperi: The EP released today!
We're happy to announce that after a some great previews in the online press and a cracking set at The Lexington on Tuesday, supporting Jeffrey Lewis & The Junkyard, Esperi's The EP has been released today!
The EP sees Chris taking the opportunity to collate all of his releases from the past 12 months, plus one brand new track, into one collection before moving on to his next big project - his debut album.
